About sensitivity conversion

How is sensitivity converted?

At equal DPI, linear conversions use source sensitivity ÷ source game ratio × target game ratio. Minecraft uses a nonlinear formula. Displayed and copied values have three decimal places. The cm/360 distance is an estimate.

Do I need to change my mouse DPI?

No. Keep both DPI fields equal if your mouse settings stay the same. If you use a different DPI in the target game, enter it and the converter adjusts the sensitivity to keep your turn distance.

Does this also match ADS, scopes and field of view?

This converter matches horizontal hipfire rotation with default mouse multipliers. ADS and scoped settings need separate adjustments. Different fields of view and camera perspectives can still make aiming feel different; test the result in-game.

Which sensitivity scale should I enter?

Enter your in-game horizontal sensitivity. Fortnite uses the percentage number (6.2 for 6.2%). The Valorant-to-Siege conversion factor is 3.5. Minecraft uses a nonlinear curve and clamps negative converted values to zero. Custom mouse settings may affect the result; test it in-game.
